About this opportunity

The beacons will be installed in areas where building alarms and public address speakers are insufficient to alert staff and visitors of emergencies. Proposals are due by June 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM EDT, and questions related to the solicitation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by June 10, 2024.

This is a full-and-open competition with no set-asides for small businesses. The contract will be firm-fixed-price, and the period of performance is from June 15, 2024 through September 15, 2024. The specific quantity of beacons to be installed is not provided, but the project is focused on the LOC's Capitol Hill campus, which includes the John Adams, James Madison, and Thomas Jefferson buildings.
