About this opportunity

This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business.
Work is performed at Cooperative Support Location Kismayo, Somalia. The ALAM is mission-essential for MQ-1C Gray Eagle UAS operations and must maintain sub-95°F environment for sensitive aircraft and avionics maintenance. The structure has degraded due to sustained high temperatures, coastal humidity, airborne dust, salt exposure, and storm damage.
Contractor personnel must comply with security requirements per DD Form 254, undergo background checks (NCIC III), and obtain installation access authorization. The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, and materials necessary to complete repairs and HVAC installation. Work operates Monday through Sunday, 0900–1700, excluding U.S. federal holidays observed on the normal workweek. The contractor must submit a Quality Control Plan within ten days of award and a Work Plan within fourteen days, both requiring Contracting Officer approval. Contract performance is Berry Compliant, and the shelter is designed as a mobile, relocatable expeditionary structure.
