About this opportunity

The United States Patent and Trademark Office is hosting a Super Intelligence roundtable on October 15, 2026, at its Dallas regional office with Acting Commissioner for Patents Barry Schindler and Chief SI Officer Jonathan Spencer; vendors must RSVP by October 7, 2026, and this is market research only, not a competitive solicitation, but may inform future alternative-competition procurements under the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act.

The USPTO seeks SI tools addressing two specific objectives: a patent application filing wizard producing exam-ready and issue-ready applications with readiness checks at various stages, or patent application filing analytics supporting agentic analysis and real-time scenario modeling for faster, higher-quality decisions. Vendors must demonstrate capability in at least one objective to attend.

Eligibility requires active SAM.gov registration with a valid Unique Entity Identifier. All underlying models must be American-built with available model cards and bias/drift monitoring; data, algorithms, code, and agentic intellectual property will become USPTO property and must be stored in the United States. Vendors should address technical architecture during demonstrations, obtain FedRAMP certification for SaaS solutions, and plan integration with Okta or Entra identity providers with robust APIs.

RSVP via email to SIroundtable@uspto.gov with written confirmation of which objective the SI tool meets and the names of up to two attending representatives. The USPTO may issue solicitations to qualified vendors identified through this market research.
