Place of performance is the NCTR facility in Jefferson, Arkansas. Delivery, installation, and training must be completed within 60 days of contract award. The system must support high-content imaging and multimode detection for screening applications and development of New Approach Methodologies, with capabilities including automated image acquisition and analysis in multiwell plate formats (6 to 384-well microplates and microscope slides); configurable upright and inverted microscopy with filter- and monochromator-based detection; fluorescence, brightfield, phase contrast, and color brightfield imaging modes; six-objective capacity; four microscopy color channels with laser autofocus; 1.25x to 20x magnification; 16-bit CMOS wide field monochrome camera with dynamic range exceeding 65,000 fluorescence units; image analysis software with automatic cell counting; and quadruple monochromators with variable bandwidths from 9 to 50 nm.
The contractor must provide a newly manufactured, turn-key solution with all hardware, software, accessories, factory-certified installation by trained personnel, and three to five days of on-site operator training covering operations, calibration, optimization, and troubleshooting. One-year warranty from FDA acceptance includes on-site support, immediate access to replacement parts, labor, travel, and phone/email support. The contractor must provide written authorization from Agilent Technologies verifying authorized reseller status and submit field service reports for each service call. The contract is firm fixed price with shipping included. Payment terms are Net 30 days after government acceptance via electronic submission. The government offers a non-functional Agilent BioTek Cytation 3 System as trade-in; the contractor assumes all de-installation, packaging, and shipping costs.
