About this opportunity
The Arizona National Guard Beyond Yellow Ribbon Program (BYR) is seeking to procure a research-validated Adaptive Parenting curriculum and resources for Service Members in Arizona. The Department of the Army National Guard is issuing this pre-solicitation for the After Deployment Adaptive Parenting Curriculum (ADAPT) project, which aims to improve and strengthen family bonds throughout the deployment cycle. Key requirements include providing training on curriculum implementation for up to 20 military and civilian facilitators, as well as coaching support, online self-paced learning modules, and data collection/analysis. The period of performance is 1 base year with 3 option years. Proposals will be evaluated on factors such as technical approach, experience, and past performance.
This pre-solicitation has no set-aside designation. The government is conducting market research to identify qualified small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, 8(a) program participants, HUBZone businesses, woman-owned businesses, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses that can provide the required services. No award value or budget range is provided in the available documents. The intent is to improve family resilience for reserve component families through the ADAPT curriculum.
