Added: Apr 25, 2014 3:11 pm THIS IS THE FORMAL PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 5.204

The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron/Environmental Services Contracting (772 ESS/PKS) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland, TX, is planning to contract with firms to perform environmental services and construction to address environmental needs at Air Force installation locations within the USAFE Region in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements.


The Air Force is required to conduct environmental services and environmental construction efforts (restoration/remediation) to address environmental needs at United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) installations and other locations in accordance with technical, legal, and policy requirements.


Source selection procedures will be followed as prescribed in FAR part 16 and FAR supplements thereto. This procurement will be solicited Full and Open competition. The Government anticipates awarding (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to multiple firms and anticipate that each contract will have a 5-year basic ordering period with performance continuing up to 36 months after the end of the ordering period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this Acquisition is 562910.


We anticipate releasing the FINAL RFP in FebBizOpps on or about 26 Jun 2014. Offerors who determine that the technical requirements of the FINAL RFP require clarification(s) to permit submittal of a responsive proposal will be required to submit all questions in writing within 10 days of publication of the FINAL RFP.


All proposals must be received by the due date and time specified in the FINAL RFP. The due date will be 30 calendar days after the release of the FINAL RFP. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the FINAL RFP for the actual issuance date, proposal due date/time, and deliver address.

The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations.
