About this opportunity
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a Special Notice for the acquisition of Aeronautical Navigation Flight Charts for its Air and Marine Operations (AMO). CBP intends to award a sole source contract to Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc. (formerly Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc.) for the required charts, which will be distributed and utilized by AMO to support their mission needs.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform the public of CBP's intent to award a sole source contract to Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc. for the provision of comprehensive and total coverage of enroute and terminal aeronautical charts, including for airfields not supported by Defense Logistics Agency Flight Information Publications. The anticipated contract period of performance is from August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025. CBP is interested in hearing from any contractors that believe they can meet the stated requirements, and has requested submission of capabilities statements by July 29, 2024. This is a Special Notice, not a formal solicitation, and there is no formal solicitation available at this time for this requirement.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract to Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc (formerly Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc) for Aeronautical Navigation Flight Charts for Air and Marine Operations (AMO). These flight charts will be distrusted and utilized through AMO to help meet mission needs.
Boeing Digital offers a comprehensive and total coverage of charts for areas within and outside of the United States. As noted in the Statement of Work, the required charts must provide worldwide coverage of enroute and terminal charts for inclusion on an electronic flight bag, including airfields that not supported by Defense Logistics Agency Flight Information Publications (FLIPs).
The anticipated contract period of performance will be from August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements, please contact the Contracting Officer by e-mail to caitlin.m.jenkins@cbp.dhs.gov by the response date and time listed with this notice. You must submit a capabilities statement displaying your ability to meet the requirements.
