About this opportunity

This Special Notice is for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) issued by the GSA Federal Acquisition Service. The notice states that a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) has already been awarded to provide independent technical and management A&AS support in the areas of Geospatial Signatures and Global Exploitation activities.

The purpose of this notice is to provide a Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) for increasing the value of the existing BPA by $30 million, from $199.6 million to $229.6 million. This increase is due to the growing need for subject matter expertise in areas such as modeling and simulation, data standards, policy, and data analysis across multiple intelligence mission areas. The incumbent contractor, Riverside Research Institute, has provided valuable A&AS support in technical data program management, C4 analysis, CAD modeling, and foreign language linguist support. This notice is a mandatory posting due to a contract modification that raised the estimated value of the BPA.
