As a result, USDA RD seeks to retain the services of an established vendor to place advertisement notices in newspapers in the city and county in which the real property is located. USDA plans to award a single BPA for this requirement to a small business individual or firm capable of providing these services.
Pricing must be firm fixed pricing as EITHER a percentage OR fixed amount discount from or surcharge to each newspaper's standard commercial rate card. The successful vendor must be in good standing with the State of Missouri, be a member of the National Newspaper Association, and have existing contractual arrangement with every newspaper published in the County Seat of each County in the State of Missouri, and must provide proof thereof.

Place of Performance: The successful vendor will place advertising orders in required newspapers published in the State of Missouri.
