There is no limit on the number of OTs that may be awarded to an individual offeror.

The ARA is closed to foreign participation except for unclassified fundamental research and Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence companies with approved mitigation documentation. Technology areas of interest include cyber effects, zero-trust infrastructure, cyber situational awareness, mission assurance, cloud architectures, cyber modeling and simulation, decision support for cyber missions, mobile and embedded device security, and artificial intelligence applied to the cyber domain. The solicitation will accept submissions as white papers only in the initial step; formal proposals are by invitation only.

Awards may be issued as FAR-based procurement contracts or Other Transactions under 10 USC 4021, 4022, and 4023. Technical inquiries should be directed to Tanya Macrina (AFRL.RI.ACESO@us.af.mil); contractual inquiries to Amber Buckley (Amber.Buckley@us.af.mil).
