About this opportunity
The United States Marine Corps is seeking to procure ADR Kit Items through a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The solicitation is for brand name products from Jockel, Presto, and Trupa, including extinguishers, holders, frames, and chocks. The basis for award will be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, with only quotes for the brand name products being considered. Quotes must be submitted by October 15, 2024, and the government may make an award solely on initial quotes received.
This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business under NAICS code 333998 with a size standard of 700 employees. The estimated value of the procurement is $885,000, to be funded by Navy Working Capital Funds. The place of performance is Albany, GA 31704. The government has determined that the brand name parts are not available through mandatory sources, thus justifying the use of simplified acquisition procedures under 41 U.S.C. 1901.
