About this opportunity

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking an Adobe-certified dealer to provide Adobe Certified Professionals (ACP) test vouchers and related support for its 40 high schools during the 2024-2025 school year. The procurement will enable high schools to maintain Certiport testing centers and provide ACP test vouchers managed by DoDEA Career and Technical Education staff at headquarters in Alexandria, VA. The solicitation, expected to be posted on SAM.gov around March 14, 2025, will require vendors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS code 611710 for Educational Support Services. The contract will be procured using FAR Parts 12 and 13, focusing on commercial products and simplified acquisition procedures. Potential vendors should note the response deadline of March 7, 2025, and anticipate an award date around May 16, 2025.

The contract is designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with an anticipated Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) structure for a five-year base period. DoDEA plans to purchase approximately 1,250 ACP test vouchers annually, totaling an estimated 6,250 vouchers over the contract's duration. The procurement will include one retake for each certification exam, providing flexibility for test-takers. The anticipated contract value is not explicitly stated, but the volume of test vouchers suggests a significant commitment to supporting educational certification programs. Interested small businesses in the educational support services sector are encouraged to prepare comprehensive proposals that demonstrate their capability to meet DoDEA's specific requirements for Adobe Certified Professional test voucher management and testing center support.
