About this opportunity
The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic are hosting a virtual Industry Day on April 23, 2025, to discuss two Pre-Solicitation Collaborations (PSCs) for the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium. The first PSC (25 LANT 2754) focuses on developing a novel middleware technical stack solution to address data interoperability challenges across global data sources for the Logistics Information Technology (LOG IT) program. The second PSC (25 LANT 2774) seeks a hardware and software solution using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) edge platforms to host and deploy containerized software applications supporting Navy modernization objectives. Participation is limited to IWRP consortium members, with interested companies required to join the consortium through the official website (https://www.theiwrp.org). The virtual event will include short briefs and one-on-one breakout sessions to provide detailed information about potential upcoming Requests for Prototype Projects (RPPs).
The opportunity is not currently set aside for any specific business category and is managed by Advanced Technology International (ATI) as the consortium management firm. While no specific award value is mentioned, the project is categorized under Research and Development (PSC Category A-P), indicating a focus on innovative technological solutions for naval information warfare systems. The pre-solicitation notice serves as an advanced notification of government intent, with a response deadline of April 24, 2025. The projects are being pursued under Program Executive Office Manpower Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO-MLB), specifically within the PMW-200 Portfolio. Potential respondents should carefully review the technical requirements and be prepared to demonstrate capabilities in middleware solutions, data interoperability, and containerized software deployment for military technological modernization efforts.
