The initiative will address critical needs including fleet overhaul, worldwide material (parts) management support, and engineering support for these critical aviation loading systems. The Special Notice was posted on January 17, 2025, with a response deadline of February 7, 2025.
Contractors interested in participating must contact Liz Douglas at elizabeth.douglas.6@us.af.mil by February 7, 2025, to receive venue details and schedule a one-on-one session. The Industry Day will feature a morning open session for general discussions and afternoon one-on-one vendor meetings, with each session lasting 20 minutes (divided equally between vendor presentations and government questions). Due to anticipated high interest, participation is limited to two representatives per company.
