About this opportunity

The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has released a Request for Information (RFI) for the Army Contracting Command's Enterprise for Sourcing Services (ACCESS) acquisition, which will be the successor to the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract. The Government is considering combining the planned successors to the RS3 and ITES-3S contracts into one MA IDIQ contract vehicle focused on professional services and staff augmentation.

The purpose of this RFI is to gather information and conduct market research that will be used for planning purposes to determine the appropriate acquisition approach for the ACCESS effort. The Government is seeking feedback on the proposed approach, including whether to limit the number of primes and whether to separate the awards into "suites" or "pools" based on NAICS codes. Responses to the first question are due by April 15, 2024, with responses to all other questions due by May 3, 2024. The proposed scope for ACCESS includes engineering, research, logistics, acquisition, training, IT, and medical services, and the Government is considering a 5-year base period with one 5-year option period.
