Major opportunities include a Post-Wide Minor Construction Recompete (W56ZTN-26-R-0004), an 8(a) small business set-aside MATOC valued at $100 million to $130 million for maintenance, alteration, renovation, construction, demolition, and environmental services at Aberdeen Proving Ground; an Unidirectional Flushing Recompete (W56ZTN-26-B-A003), a 100% small business set-aside IDIQ valued at $17 million for hydrant flushing and utility infrastructure maintenance; DeCA Point-of-Sale Modernization and DeCA Front-End Assessment initiatives; Compressed Industrial and Specialty Gases (100% small business set-aside, single-award IDIQ, $2 million); and Boiler Chemicals and HVAC Water Treatment ($3.078 million, 100% competitive set-aside).

Most contracts use firm-fixed-price terms with five-year ordering periods. Vendor questions are limited to ten per submission and must be submitted within one week of each update to the identified contracting officer via email only. The government reserves the right to cancel any procurement at any time and will not reimburse vendors for feedback or documentation.
