About this opportunity

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to solicit and negotiate with Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health to conduct a feasibility study of the Composite of Post Event Well-Being production environment and disseminate findings in peer-reviewed journals. Any responses must be received by August 29, 2020 to be considered under this pre-solicitation notice issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.

There is no set-aside designated for this potential award. Johns Hopkins University is identified as the incumbent and potential sole-source awardee given their expertise developing the COPEWELL model since 2012. The notice does not provide an estimated value but seeks a feasibility study and dissemination of related scientific works in peer-reviewed publications. The point of contact is provided as the contracting officer Michael Crow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Office of Acquisition Services.

Notice text
