Delivery window runs from June 19 through November 19, 2026, with delivery required within 60 days after award on an F.O.B. Destination basis.
The procurement consists of two line items: purchase of eight CO2 backup systems and installation services. Systems must support five Panasonic MDF-U76VA-PA freezers and three Nuaire NU-99728 freezers configured for single CO2 dip tube liquid tanks. Each CO2 system must provide a minimum of eight hours of backup cooling time for ultra-low temperature (-80°C) freezers protecting approximately 2,000 critical cattle research samples. All units must be defrosted prior to installation and integrated with their respective freezer brands. Installation must be performed by a licensed and trained technician. Quoters must provide place of manufacture for all items and maintain acceptable or neutral past performance ratings.
Award will be made on a firm fixed-price basis to the lowest-price technically acceptable offeror representing best value. All offerors must submit pricing for all items to be considered responsive; one award will be made. Prices must remain firm for 90 calendar days from offer receipt date.
