The market research aims to determine vendor availability and capability within the aircraft parts manufacturing sector, with vendors required to submit company information including SAM UEI, Cage Code, and small business status. Interested companies must email their details to SrA Alexsia Best and Capt. Kyle Germany by June 19, 2025. The government will use these responses to evaluate potential small business sources for the future solicitation.

The contract requires full compliance with 366 Fighter Wing Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements, including a unit-specific OPSEC briefing and 100% shred requirements for government-related documents. Delivery is expected within three months after contract award, with shipping to be included in the quotation and delivered to 920 Phantom Ave Bldg 920 Rm 109 at Mountain Home AFB. The government anticipates issuing a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation on sam.gov in the future, though this current notice is a market research tool and not a commitment to contract award.
