Interested parties are invited to submit their qualifications and alternative proposals by May 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time to George Cochran at george.cochran@va.gov. To be considered, respondents must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. Contractors should note that any responses must be complete and sufficiently detailed to demonstrate qualifications, and no proprietary, classified, or confidential information should be included. The government is not obligated to acknowledge receipt of submissions or provide feedback, and retains full discretion in the procurement process.
