About this opportunity
Army Contracting Command is preparing to procure a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement for non-tactical vehicle rentals supporting operations across Germany, Poland, and Czech Republic, with responses due August 17, 2026. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price vehicle lease vehicle to be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror; no set-aside applies.
The requirement spans 28 vehicles total—1 truck with towing capacity, 3 cargo vans, 6 SUVs, and 18 nine-passenger vans—to be delivered across the Europe Command Area of Responsibility supporting the 7th Army Training Command Operation Trident Ready. Individual orders will be competed among all BPA holders using an Order Request for Offer process. A sample ordering from the 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Mountain) at Camp Kessarine, Grafenwoehr, Germany specifies 12 vehicles (2 sedans, 1 station wagon, 9 nine-passenger vans) for the period August 1–November 2, 2026, with an aggregate value of $54,382.12 for that call order.
Performance runs August 27–November 2, 2026. All vehicles must be no more than three years old with fewer than 40,000 kilometers, meet EU safety and environmental standards, feature left-hand drive, automatic transmission, GPS with English language capability, and support unlimited kilometers. The contractor bears responsibility for delivery, pickup, 24/7 maintenance and roadside assistance, vehicle recovery within 24 hours, replacement of damaged units within 24 hours, full coverage insurance meeting host nation requirements, all permits and licenses, and a complete quality control program. The Government provides fuel, licensed drivers, vignettes, and AdBlue after 30,000 kilometers.
