About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Syracuse VAMC intends to award a sole source base subscription contract plus 4 option years to Pharmacy OneSource, Inc. for its Simplifi+MedTrays software. The current paper-based process is hindering these capabilities. The contract period will run from 9/1/2024 to 8/31/2029, with the option years provisionally dependent on evaluation. Responses are due by 8/4/2024 at 4:00 PM ET and shall be submitted via email.

There is no set-aside designation for this opportunity. Pharmacy OneSource, Inc. is the identified sole source contractor, as their Simplifi+MedTrays software is seen as the only product that can efficiently integrate with the existing Simplifi 797 platform and minimize additional staff training. The estimated value of the contract is not provided, but it will be an open market action. Any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may provide written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date.
