Prospective vendors must submit technical documentation, past performance information, pricing, and socioeconomic status details demonstrating their capability to meet VA's requirements. Responses are due via email to Derek Brown by April 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM PDT, with a comprehensive evaluation of technical merit, past performance, and pricing expected.
The contract is designated as a 100% small business set-aside with a total contract value of $34 million, structured with a base year from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026, and two optional one-year extension periods through April 30, 2028.
