About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Heartland Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is conducting market research to identify small business concerns, including Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), that can provide replacement toners and printer parts for Lexmark MS826 printers used at the Shawnee Community-Based Outpatient Pharmacy (CBOC) in Kansas. The VA is looking for businesses registered under NAICS code 325992 (Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, Chemical, and Copy Toner Manufacturing) that can provide the required items or equivalent products. Interested vendors must respond by August 7, 2024, and address specific questions about their manufacturing capabilities, whether the products are made in the USA, and if they have the items on a GSA contract. The VA will consider alternate products, and samples may be required for testing and approval.

This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation, and the VA is not obligated to release a solicitation as a result of this market research. The anticipated delivery schedule is three deliveries starting in October 2024, with additional deliveries every 30 days. The notice is set aside for total small business, and the VA is not providing any information about potential incumbents or current contractors, award values, or budget ranges.
