The purpose of this requirement is for a service maintenance agreement for five (5) each 7500 FAST Real Time PCR Systems located at National Hansen’s Disease Program Laboratory Research Branch and Clinical Branch Lab in Baton Rouge, LA. The service agreement shall include preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, and emergency maintenance; as well as on-site software updates, remote technical support and monitoring.
