The technical specifications detailed in the salient characteristics include K-band frequency operation (24.45-24.65 GHz for USA; 24.05-24.25 GHz for international), detection ranges exceeding 1 km for small unmanned aerial vehicles, 3.5 km for vehicles, and 2.2 km for humans, with a maximum instrumented range of 6 km and capacity for up to 20 simultaneous tracks. The system must operate across a temperature range of -40°C to +75°C, measure 16.3 cm x 20.3 cm x 5.7 cm, weigh 1.25 kg, and consume 15-28 VDC/50W operating power or less than 10W standby for USA versions. No specific award value or quantity is disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice, though the procurement falls under NAICS code 334511 for Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing.
