The VA Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 4, intends to award this contract to the College of American Pathologists for services to be provided at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania. The procurement is for Linearity/Calibration Verification and Competency Assessments, which are specialized laboratory testing services. This Notice of Intent is issued under FAR 6.302-1, the regulatory provision permitting sole source awards.
