About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 20 (VISN 20) is seeking to procure a Clinical Laboratory Chemistry/Immunochemistry instrument for the Spokane VAMC in Washington state. The contractor will be responsible for providing a continuously stocked inventory of reagents, standards, vendor controls, supplies, disposables, and replacement parts to ensure uninterrupted equipment operations. While specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in the pre-solicitation notice, the procurement emphasizes high-quality, sensitive, and precise equipment and materials. The key response deadline is February 7, 2025, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with the solicitation number 36C26025Q0178.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designation for this procurement, suggesting it is open to all qualified vendors. The contract structure will include a base period plus four option periods, which provides potential long-term engagement for the selected vendor. The procurement falls under NAICS code 325413 (In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing) and PSC code 6640 (Laboratory Equipment and Supplies).
