About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 23, is soliciting sources for Chemtrac water quality sensor probes by May 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time; this is a sources sought notice, not a formal solicitation.

The VA seeks qualified vendors to supply three specific sensor types on a Brand Name or Equal basis at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System in Minnesota: one pH Sensor (Chemtrac Model 550, P/N 100902), one Conductivity Sensor (Chemtrac P/N 102255), and one Chlorine Sensor (Chemtrac P/N 100613). The pH sensor must deliver 0–14 range, approximately 95–102% slope, impedance less than or equal to 150 megohms, temperature range 32–176 degrees Fahrenheit, PVC/Glass wetted surface, approximately 10-foot cable length, and 12–18 month lifespan. The conductivity sensor requires 0–5.0 mS/cm range, approximately 100 psi pressure, 150–158 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range, 22AWG 4-wire cable, and approximately 10-foot cable length. The chlorine sensor must have 0.01–5 mg/L range, 15–60 L/HR flow rate, 40–113 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range, and gold/stainless steel/silver electrode material.

Interested vendors must submit responses to Amanda Patterson-Elliott at amanda.patterson-elliott@va.gov with subject line "Sources Sought Chemtrac Ph Probe 36C26326Q0695," providing company information, SAM UEI number, NAICS code 339112, business classification status, schedule availability (FSS, GSA, SEWP, or other), manufacturer authorization letter, and country of origin documentation for each item.
