The installation package includes transportation, rigging, equipment removal, electrical and water modifications, and all ancillary components necessary to establish a fully operational chip removal system that supports ophthalmic lens manufacturing for VA patients. The designated vendor is Satisloh North America, Inc., located in Germantown, Wisconsin, and a firm fixed-price contract is anticipated. The deadline for submitting alternative proposals demonstrating competitive advantage is December 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST, directed to contracting specialist Laura Poma.
