Although this notice does not constitute a formal solicitation, interested parties that believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit written capability statements demonstrating how competition would be advantageous to the Government by the April 30, 2026 deadline at 12:00 PM Central Time. Capability statements must be submitted via email as Microsoft Word or PDF attachments to Contract Specialist John E. McDaniel at John.McDaniel1@va.gov. The anticipated contract will be firm-fixed-price, covering equipment, installation, warranty, and service fees across a base year with three option years.
