About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks firm-fixed price offers for patient monitoring systems for medical facilities in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Lake Baldwin and Lake Nona, Florida. The solicitation requests quotes for over 150 identified products including monitors, modules, cables, sensors and accessories from multiple manufacturers for intensive care, cardiology, gastroenterology and operating room departments. Responses are due by July 18, 2023. Evaluation will consider price and supplier qualifications.

The procurement has a NAICS code of 334510 and is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. As the incumbent systems are currently installed at the San Juan location, the justification approves a non-competitive award due to lack of alternative suppliers and need for integration. The anticipated award value exceeds $750,000. The locations of performance are VA medical centers in San Juan, Lake Baldwin and Lake Nona. The amendment clarifies that offerors should provide fixed prices without separating costs and that responses are to be emailed to the contracting officer by the July 18th deadline.
