The scope involves replacing 41 existing Edwards LifeSciences Hemosphere and ClearSight modules with Hemosphere Alta or equal physiologic monitoring systems at the Michael E. The Department anticipates awarding a one-time Firm-Fixed Price contract.
Results of this market research will determine whether the future solicitation will carry a SDVOSB or VOSB set-aside. If no such firms respond with adequate capacity, the Government will accept responses from all qualified firms. Interested firms should submit a statement of interest, small business category identification, capability statement, company contact information including SAM UEI and CAGE numbers, and details of any active contracts for this service. Responses are limited to three pages and should be emailed to Contracting Officer Felicia Lovelady at felicia.lovelady@va.gov.
