The NAICS size standard for this procurement is 1,250 employees, and the contracting officer retains full discretion to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on any responses received to this pre-solicitation notice. No specific contract value or budget range has been disclosed in the notice, and since this is a sole source procurement, no solicitation will be posted to the standard SAM.gov contracting opportunities platform.
