The project involves replacing exactly two parking lot barriers and installing one card reader system, with work required to be performed primarily Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The business size standard for this procurement category is $47.0 million, indicating this is likely a smaller-scale project focused on gate replacement rather than comprehensive parking facility construction. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the documentation, and no specific budget range or award value has been disclosed at this sources sought stage. The government emphasizes that this is strictly a market research phase, and responding to this notice does not guarantee inclusion in any future solicitation, which will be announced separately on Beta.SAM.gov if the agency decides to proceed with a formal procurement.
