About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice announces an upcoming multiple award task order contract (MATOC) solicitation from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District to provide environmental remediation services at Fort Douglas in Utah under the Formerly Used Defense Sites program. Services will include a remedial investigation, feasibility study, and associated plans and reports to characterize munitions and chemicals of concern and evaluate remedial alternatives. The initial task order is for work at the Fort Douglas Impact Area Munitions Response Site, and proposals will be evaluated based on technical qualifications and past performance. Proposals are due around March 17, 2021, with an award date anticipated on or around June 30, 2021.
The acquisition strategy includes a partial small business set-aside designating a small business reserve target of at least one of the five total IDIQ contracts to be awarded. The relevant NAICS code is 562910 for remediation services and PSC code F099 covers natural resources and conservation services other than those classified elsewhere in the PSC manual. The MATOC ceiling value is $50 million over a five year ordering period. A virtual site visit is tentatively planned for early 2021 due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, and all questions should be directed to the identified contracting officers.
