The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, lodging, and meals for 350 Cadets (157 female, 193 male) and 60 Cadre members during the camp period from June 22-28, 2025. Services include fully equipped dormitory accommodations with gender-separated facilities, hot meals following Army nutritional guidelines with vegetarian options, and access to training facilities such as classrooms, auditoriums, gymnasium, track and field, and an indoor swimming pool. The government will award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures without discussions, and performance standards mandate 100% compliance for lodging arrangements and at least 95% compliance for facility and meal service quality. Quotes are due by 9:00 AM on June 18, 2025, with an extremely tight turnaround time of only two days from the posting date of June 16, 2025.
This procurement is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside with a total anticipated contract value of $9,000,000. The performance will take place in Baltimore, MD 21218, though the solicitation indicates delivery to Fort Knox, Kentucky for administrative purposes. The contractor must accommodate an initial advanced party of 45 Cadets and 15 Instructors arriving on June 22nd, followed by the main group on June 23rd. Specific meal requirements include 1,750 breakfast meals for cadets, 300 for cadre, to-go lunch meals, dinner meals including a BBQ cookout, and advance meals for the early arrival party. The contract falls under NAICS code 721214 for Recreational and Vacation Camps, and importantly, funds are not currently available with no contract award until appropriated funds are made available.
