The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 12, is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide two Leslie pressure reducing stations for the Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Center in Hines, IL. The required pressure reducing stations must meet detailed salient characteristics, including valve size, rating, materials, actuator/spring specifications, and accessories. Vendors must provide information on their company, size status, manufacturing capability, and any existing federal contracts. Responses are due by August 26, 2024 at 9:00 am Central Time, and this is a market research effort only, with no guarantee of a future contract award.

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to obtain information from qualified sources with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 332919 - Other Metal Valve and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing.
The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided. This Sources Sought does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. 4. Does the company manufacturer the product being offered?
5. If an authorized distributor/reseller response must include documentation from the manufacturer confirming authorization to sell the referenced items and/or products being offered.
6. If the company has a current federal contract, are the products being offered available on the contract?
