The Department of the Air Force Space Command, specifically the 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base, is seeking to procure two compact utility tractors for base operations and snow removal. The solicitation requires diesel-powered tractors with specific technical specifications, including 4-wheel drive, a closed cab with climate control, front scoop bucket and blade attachments, at least 38.7 horsepower, a Power Take Off of 31.1 horsepower, and a lifting capacity of 2,200 lbs. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical acceptability and price, with submissions due by 11:59 AM MDT on June 5, 2025. Vendors must submit quotes to MSgt Matthew Hagan (Contracting Officer) and 2Lt Justin Hughes (Contract Specialist), including company details, CAGE Code/UEI number, and warranty information. The solicitation incorporates provisions from Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 and includes mandatory compliance clauses covering business ethics, labor standards, and supply chain security.

The contract is set aside for total small business participation and falls under the NAICS category 333924 for Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. The place of performance is located in Aurora, CO 80011, with delivery required within 190 days after contract award. Transportation must be accomplished using a "lowboy" delivery vehicle due to limited base access and the absence of an off-loading ramp.
