About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency intends to solicit a 4-Point Probe Resistivity Measurement System Suite with installation and training, with a response deadline of July 22, 2026. No set-aside applies.
Place of performance is DLA Product Test Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Delivery and installation must be completed within 90 days of contract award.
The system must comprise an automated resistivity test station with autorange functionality, dual configuration geometric error correction, and edge accuracy within 4x probe spacing at 1% accuracy. The contractor shall supply a complete matrix of interchangeable probe heads (SP4/HT4 series) with configurable spring pressures (45g, 85g, 180g), tip radii (1.6 mil, 5.0 mil, 10.0 mil), materials (Tungsten Carbide, Osmium), and spacings (0.040", 0.050", 0.0625"). High-temperature probe heads must support environments exceeding 90°C with ceramic or Macor bodies. A precision thermal chuck must support ambient to +300°C with 0.5°C stability and accommodate up to 200mm wafers. The suite includes a pneumatic vibration isolation table with 2.0 Hz natural frequency and 500 lbs minimum load capacity, NIST-traceable calibration standards, and fully integrated Windows-compatible control and analysis software with autorange, thickness correction factors, and temperature logging.
The contractor must perform on-site installation by OEM-certified engineers adhering to ISO 9001 procedures and provide one day of operator training for up to six individuals. A minimum one-year comprehensive warranty covering all parts, labor, and technician travel expenses is required, followed by a post-warranty maintenance plan including calibration services and repair coverage. Installation verification (IQ/OQ) and NIST Traceable ANSI/NCSL Z540.1 certificates must be provided. All pricing includes FOB Destination shipping. Invoicing occurs through WAWF under DoDAAC SL0701.
