The contract requires contractor expertise in data collection, storage, transformation, analytics, and visualization, with specific staffing requirements including personnel with technical certifications and Secret clearance. Contractors must submit a comprehensive management plan within 10 days of award and maintain a staffing matrix detailing personnel qualifications and experience. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the contract involves supporting multiple division functions including G1, G3, G4, G6, G8, Division Surgeon, and Chaplain operations. Key personnel requirements include a data engineer with MCSE certification, a database administrator specializing in Microsoft SQL Server and Power Platform, and Power BI developers to create interactive dashboards. The contract anticipates standard work hours of 0800-1700 Monday through Friday at Fort Stewart, with potential for up to $10,000 in annual CONUS travel.
