Description:  U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel(s) (multiple awards up to two vessels or until the Government’s needs are filled), capable of carrying a portion of 236,964 square feet of military cargo (tracked vehicles, wheeled vehicles, and breakbulk) from a delineated cargo list.  Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 70,000 square feet of military cargo from the cargo list.  The minimum laden speed is 15 knots.

Place of Contract Performance:  The place/range of delivery is Alexandroupolis, Greece; and the place/range of redelivery is Beaumont, TX (USA).  The laydays commence and cancel 04 December 2022, with Owner/Offeror to indicate estimated time of arrival.  The period of performance will be 38 days for each vessel chartered.
