About this opportunity
The 36th Contracting Squadron, Pacific Air Forces, seeks to procure 8 Bucket Bunker Grapple PRO Racking Systems and 7 Bucket Bunker Demo PRO Racking Systems for compact track loader attachment storage, with proposals due September 10 at 1:00 PM Chamorro Standard Time and questions due September 3 at 10:00 AM ChST. This is a 100% small business set-aside; NAICS code 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
Place of performance and delivery is Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam. The contractor must provide maximum load test capacity documentation to verify operator safety during overhead lifting and rapid transit of fully loaded units. Both systems require a corrosion-resistant industrial finish suitable for high-humidity, high-salinity coastal environments. The Grapple PRO features a dedicated top shelf for bulky hydraulic grapple attachments with additional space for buckets, brooms, forks, and tools (4–5 attachments total). The Demo PRO is designed to simultaneously hold a loader bucket or broom, pallet forks, a top-mounted large attachment, and internal tools (4–5 attachments total).
Delivery is FOB Destination with the contractor bearing all responsibility for shipping, ocean freight, customs clearance, and transit logistics. Delivery must be completed within 180 calendar days from award. Quotes are firm fixed price and valid for a minimum of 90 days.
