Place of performance is Tucson, Arizona. Delivery is FOB Destination to 4700 S. Vail Street, Building 4870, Tucson, AZ 85707. The pool is an above-ground indoor installation; the government has forklift capabilities up to 20,000 pounds for unloading.
Minimum salient characteristics include dimensions of 15' × 89" × 58", weight of 3,030 pounds, and 1,735-gallon volume capacity. The unit must operate within 59–99°F and require 230V/30amp electrical service with GFCI sub-panel. Required features include Hydrodrive Technology with 1:08/100 yard maximum pace offering 31 pace settings, 14-gauge galvanized steel frame with molded acrylic shell, 18 interior multicolor LED lights, exterior LED illumination bar, two illuminated water features, swim tether, and Watkins Cover Set. A 10-year warranty is mandatory.
