About this opportunity

This solicitation seeks a three-year maintenance contract for four Q Exactive mass spectrometer systems and associated liquid chromatography equipment owned by the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service Midwestern Laboratory. The contract will provide preventative maintenance visits, on-site repairs, and parts for covered instruments. Quotes including pricing for Sections B.4.1 through B.4.3 are due by April 24, 2023 to barbara.nelson@usda.gov. The award is anticipated to be made on or around May 16, 2023.

There is no set-aside designation. The place of performance is within the United States. Quotes are requested on a firm-fixed-price basis for the base year and two option years. The contract period of performance runs from July 2023 through July 2026. Award is expected to be made by May 16, 2023.

Please read the attached Request for Quote (RFQ), including the Statement of Work (SOW) and clauses, for further details and instructions. 

Submit all quotes, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 – B.4.3 , and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Monday, April 24, 2023, 2:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov

An award is anticipated to be made on or about May 16, 2023 as a result of this RFQ.
