About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency intends to solicit for two 3-phase power supply test systems to be delivered to Defense Supply Center Columbus, Columbus, Ohio, with a pre-solicitation response due by May 15, 2026.

The procurement covers one 18kVA and one 1kVA system, each capable of supplying DC, single-phase, and 3-phase power from DC to 5kHz in sinusoidal, square wave, and arbitrary waveform configurations. Both systems must be new (not refurbished) and include operating manuals. Performance specifications include accuracy of at least 0.15%, distortion no more than 0.3% at 50/60Hz and no more than 1% above those frequencies, a minimum power factor of 0.98, and resolution of at least 0.1V. Each system must carry NIST-traceable and ISO 17025-accredited calibration certificates with data and uncertainties.

The 18kVA system requires one 480V/3-phase delta hard-wired disconnect; the 1kVA system operates from a standard 120V/single-phase 20A outlet. Both systems must mount on wheeled frames and fit through standard commercial double doors (approximately 83 inches height by 70 inches width). Deliverables include all cables, sub-equipment, and accessories necessary for reliable operation, plus two Windows 11 PCs with permanent software licenses and GPIB, ethernet, and USB control interfaces. Contractors must offer optional extended warranty and multi-year service contracts.

No set-aside applies to this procurement. NAICS 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing); PSC 6640 (Laboratory Equipment and Supplies).
