About this opportunity
The Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, is conducting market research for 3-in-1 credit reporting services with responses due July 29, 2026. This is a pre-solicitation notice issued for information and planning purposes only; responses are not offers and do not constitute a binding commitment by the government.
The SEC seeks qualified vendors capable of providing triple-merge online credit reports from all three major credit monitoring agencies—Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Reports must include credit history, bankruptcies, judgments, and liens under the authority of Federal Statute 31 U.S.C. 3711(h) to support the Commission's review of debtor information and settlement negotiations with defendants and respondents.
Credit reports shall be accessible via the internet using appropriate access control security features such as password protection and must not require software downloads to user computers. Each report shall provide detailed credit history including consumer rating; identification (names, aliases, current and prior addresses); employment history for at least the two prior employers; public record information on bankruptcies, liens, collections, court records, and outstanding balances; and credit history identifying creditors, debt payment performance, and current, past due, charged-off, and collection account status.
No set-aside applies. Interested parties should monitor SAM.gov for additional information and any future solicitation. The government will not reimburse costs incurred in responding to this market research notice, and non-response does not preclude participation in any subsequent RFQ.
