All seed is government-furnished and available at the Shoshone Seed Warehouse for contractor pickup.
Contractors must apply straight sagebrush seed at specified rates with no more than 15 percent variance, utilize Differentially Corrected GPS technology with 1–2 meter horizontal accuracy compatible with ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro, complete work within seven working days, and cannot apply seed when wind exceeds 10 miles per hour without written Contracting Officer's Representative permission. Estimated start is September 22, 2026, with work required 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Contractors must begin within three days of COR notification and maintain personnel on-site during all applications. Work must comply with fire prevention laws during declared fire danger periods.
