About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to purchase 13 standard adult vaccines. Vaccines must be manufactured under current FDA licensure with a minimum 12-month shelf life. Delivery within 15 business days of order receipt is required to destinations directed under performance period contracts from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. Proposals are due by April 19, 2021, with inquiries accepted through April 12, 2021.
There is no set-aside designation. Vaccines procured include estimated quantities of hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis A/B combination, pneumococcal polysaccharide, tetanus/diphtheria toxoids, herpes zoster, tetanus/diphtheria/acellular pertussis, measles/mumps/rubella, meningococcal conjugate, human papillomavirus, varicella, pneumococcal conjugate, and serogroup B meningococcal, with minimum order sizes listed. Performance will occur throughout the United States to support up to 50 state health departments and large city immunization programs under Public Health Service Section 317(j).

The receipt date for proposals is hereby extended from April 19, 2021, at 12pm eastern to April 20, 2021, at 12pm eastern.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) requires the award of one or more indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts for the purchase of the following adult vaccines, at the estimated quantities listed, manufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Hepatitis A adult vaccine
Min. Shelf Life: 12 Months
Fed. Excise Tax: $0.75 per dose

Hepatitis B adult vaccine
Min. Shelf Life: 12 Months

All vaccines are required to be delivered within 15 business days after receipt of order. Vaccines shall be shipped F.O.B. destination, as directed by delivery orders. The period of performance shall be July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
The vaccines awarded under these contracts will be purchased for NCIRD's immunization awardees (the fifty state health departments, several large city programs, and current and former U.S. Territories) to support adult immunization programs as provided under Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act.
This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 15 procedures. Please find the solicitation attached to this notice.
Offers shall be submitted by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 19, 2021.
