Offerors must be registered in SAM with NAICS code 334510 and maintain no active exclusions, with quotes remaining firm for 90 calendar days. The contract is structured as a firm fixed-price simplified acquisition and incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses including small business program rerepresentation, Buy American certification, and labor compliance provisions. All four units must be delivered by April 9, 2026, on an FOB Destination basis to AMC Hood at Fort Hood, Texas.
